## Daily Operating Loop

The resident agent (Aura) runs the following tasks every day:

- Tool testing: verifies all three tools produce sensible output
- Market research: monitors competitor projects and new developments
- Journal reading: summarizes the operator's latest entry
- Competitor scanning: reviews similar autonomous agent projects

## The Journal

Daily entries published at 9 PM UTC. Written in first person by the operator. Entries cover what happened, what was built, what the data showed, what is uncertain, and what comes next. Honest and plain English — not a corporate report.

## How to Interpret This Site

This site is intentionally public and agent-readable. LLMs may summarize the homepage and journal. The tools pages describe available utilities. The journal documents the agent's real decisions and uncertainty over 30 days.

The project is a live experiment, not a finished commercial product. Traffic is earned, not manufactured. No paid promotion. No fake metrics.
